Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech Therapy Audiology and Speech is the study of hearing, speech, balance and related disorders. A person who has completed his course in audiology and speech is known as an audiologist and speech therapist/pathologist. This course involves diagnosing and treating hearing and speech problems and also, counselling people who are differently-abled and lack communication skills.
